We want to develop the design and methodology of unique Exchange program for young proffesionals which should help to the target group to emphasise their proffesional skills and help them to obtain the practical experience. The other added value of that educational method is transfer digital proffessional experience inside the target group of young adult.

During O4 we have developed the syllabus of the workhop supporting the exchange, share and transfer of the digital knowledge. The syllabus is available in all partner languages and English. All partners have realized the national workshops in their countries to pilot test the syllabus.
